About: I am a currently a 2nd year Ph.D. student at Oxford Brookes University. My research is focused on the diet, nutrition, and health of UK prisoner. I am aiming to improve mental wellbeing and reduce incidents of antisocial behaviours and self-harm. I am additionally involved in a pilot study using an educational intervention, aiming to improve prisoner dietary choices.
