The theme of the London 2023 Health in Prisons and Places of Detention International Conference, jointly organised by the UK Health Security Agency and the World Health Organization Regional Office for Europe was 'Making prisons and places of detention resilient to infectious diseases, including epidemic and pandemic threats'.
